Terms of Service
Welcome to SwipePlay. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SwipePlay. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information, including a valid date of birth.
- One person, one account — do not impersonate others or create accounts for someone else.
3. Acceptable Use — Zero Tolerance
SwipePlay has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. When using SwipePlay, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Post hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content — in messages, usernames, bios, group names or group pictures.
- Use slurs or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic.
- Encourage self-harm or suicide.
- Sexualise, exploit or endanger minors in any way (see our Child Safety Standards).
- Spam, scam, or send unsolicited advertising.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or age.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App, or to get around its content filter.
Breaking these rules can lead to your content being removed and your account being suspended or permanently banned, without warning.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the content you share — your profile and your messages. You retain ownership of your content, but grant SwipePlay permission to display it within the App so the service can function. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Moderation & Safety
- Automatic filter: messages, usernames, bios and group names are checked for offensive words, and anything that fails the check is not posted.
- Report and block: you can report or block any user from their profile. Blocking immediately stops them from contacting you.
- Review: we review reports within 24 hours and act on them — removing the offending content and suspending or banning the users responsible.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the service.
7. Disclaimer
SwipePlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that interactions with other users will meet your expectations. You interact with other users at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipePlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
