Welcome to SwipePlay. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SwipePlay. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

5. Moderation & Safety

SwipePlay provides tools to report and block other users. We may review reports and take action — including removing content, suspending, or terminating accounts — to keep the community safe. We aim to review reports within a reasonable time.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the service.

7. Disclaimer

SwipePlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that interactions with other users will meet your expectations. You interact with other users at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipePlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
